Greg joined BTA in July 2023, bringing with him a rich HR background, which has been a significant addition to the team. Greg's role at BTA integrates his HR knowledge which has helped refine recruitment processes, ensuring they are as person-centered, effective and ethical. Greg has lead on a variety of different projects, from multiple placement recruitment to director level. He has a keen eye for detail and is very personable making him an ideal member of the recruitment team.
Alison is an integral part of the BTA team, serving as the linchpin that ensures the seamless operation of our business. Her role is central to maintaining the efficiency and smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities. Working closely with both the recruitment and consultancy teams, Alison expertly manages contracts, coordinates work schedules, and organises diary appointments. Additionally, she plays a crucial role in supporting our Trustee recruitment, ensuring that each process is handled with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
Rebecca joined BTA straight from university where she recently graduated with a BA Honours in Psychology. Her role with us is supporting the recruitment team with all aspects of administration as well as looking after our social media contents and database updating. Rebecca is a valued member of the team that contributes a huge amount to the smooth running of our recruitment service.
